    Staying awake for those 2-3 hrs are hell. A friend led me to B6 and some Tryptophan before I go to sleep.....no more staying awake after bathroom trips....

    Start with 25mg Vit B6 and maybe 500 mg Tryptophan or less, you can open a capsule and dump some out if 500mg is too much ...
