Sorry folks but I just didn’t have much to write about the guy. About the nicest thing I can say about his administration is..uh, so far as Presidents go, Joe Biden was worse than Jimmy Carter.
I'm glad he got to live long enough to know for sure that he wasn't the worst President. RIP, Mr. Carter.
President Carter was certainly the most ethical president America ever had. He did well considering the mess he took over after Nixon/Ford, the aftermath of Vietnam and inflation and unemployment.
I think President Carter was probably the only truly good man to ever hold the office of president. Unfortunately, good men don't make good presidents. May he have been met in heaven by Roslyn and his Heavenly Father with arms open wide.
I posted this in the "Music of the 70's" thread, but I thought it would fit here. According to Carter, the Allman Brothers helped get him elected president.
