Katie Rich, a writer for Saturday Night Live, launched a personal attack on President Donald Trump’s youngest son Barron Trump.
It gets pretty sad when the start picking on children. These sick people should be put on notice for child abuse
They've already started with him, I saw some places suggest he's autistic. I just think he's a very tall 10 year old and is at an awkward age. He looked normal to me at the parade because that was interesting to him. Sitting and listening to a political speech isn't, so he looks bored...it's normal.
There is also the fact that the political speech is being made by his dad, and kids aren't generally so impressed with their fathers in that way. I see him as a bright kid who isn't so used to having to impress people outside of his own home. It's pretty clear that he's not autistic.
if we boycott SNL's sponsors they'll run for cover and these clowns are fired. but we ALL have to do it. I participated in one years ago. it works !!!
I was unable to view the video, that's another reason why 'posts' are important I get the gist by the responses and it sounds so wrong to undermine a child - unforgiveable EDIT - managed to see it Joe by enabling a function on You Tube There have been a few instances though, where I haven't been able to view a link not due to the above reason
http://motto.time.com/4643445/chelsea-clinton-defends-barron-trump/?xid=time_socialflow_facebook I was glad to see that Chelsea Clinton defended Barron. I may not like her Dad and Mom...but Chelsea hasn't done anything to make me dislike her and defending Barron against the "trolls" gives her an "A" for today in my book.
I'm starting to see more people on the "other side" complaining about the hate that's being extended to Barron, so maybe it'll slow down some. I think that some people get the idea that, because they are so opposed to whatever it is that they think Trump might do to them, anything goes -- so they hate anyone related to Trump, anyone who voted for Trump, or anyone who agrees to cooperate with him in any way. The school band in Madawaska, Maine performed at the inauguration. Having been chosen to perform, and to make the trip to Washington, D.C. was a big deal to the kids in the band, although Madawaska was one of the few cities in Aroostook County that voted for Clinton. Yet, they are trying to get the band director fired now because he agreed to direct a band that performed at Trump's inauguration. Whatever happened to the idea that it's for the kids?
I didn't know that Ken. It seems like there is so much hatred in the world right now and it's aimed at those who are doing the right thing. It seems like if he does get fired he should be able to sue those that fire him. Because he has done nothing wrong!
When people compete for whatever, you know that mud slinging will shortly follow. Sometimes that mud slinging gets pretty far fetched. But only cowards sling mud at the defenseless, and all children are among this group. I seem to remember President Trump saying, some months ago, something to the effect that the news and paparazzi needed to be held accountable for the gross negligence of some of their news stories. If reporters keep using Barron as a way to grab the public's attention, then I think some harassment/bullying charges are in order.
Since the networks, especially NBC, have decided to become alternate news sources, they seem to have activated their "Self-Destruct Mode".
Apparently, Saturday Night Live did fire the writer who tweeted that Barron Trump would be the world's first home school shooter.
