When I get a date for Surgery and get back I will need something to hold my tablet for me so I can use it.I won't be able to hold it to use it.It is in a folio case so it will sit on my lap but I will need it up higher.I don't know if something like that is even out there.
I think that a lap desk might work for you after surgery, @Julia Curtis . Here is a picture of one, and Amazon has a good selection of lap desks of different sizes, shapes, and prices. Just do a search for lap desk and see if you can find one that will work for your tablet. Also, when my daughter first gave me an iPad, it had a folding case to help it stand up, but I used a pillow on my lap and set the tablet on top of the pillow, and that held it up a lot higher so it was easier for me to read and type. Now, I use a keyboard case and have my iPad on my little desk, so I usually do not need to use a pillow or a lap desk, but either one will do a good job.
