I just posted this info in another thread, but thought it might make a good dedicated topic for us to share any resources we trust for general medical supplies. I was unaware that places like this existed that sold to consumers. I hope this augments (not compromises) the Online Purchases thread. Since I've had my bladder issues, I've found a great source for medical supplies. Vitality Medical Here's a screen shot of their website. You can see they carry a ton of stuff, from equipment to iodine to bandages. This is all professional-brand commercial stuff. The prices are good (you gotta pay freight but they don't rip you off), the service is great whether it's chat/email/phone, and shipping is very fast, getting out the door same day/next day. The business is in Utah, and I'll receive my items in Virginia within a few days of ordering (the items ship from different warehouses.) The stuff I buy does not have a deep offering on Amazon, and many of the things that Amazon does carry are literally 5x the price for the exact same item at Vitality. I've bought a ton of stuff here, buying single pieces so I can try stuff out and then getting cases of what I like. I've placed over a dozen orders and processed one return where I goofed up (I had to pay return freight), all with no hitches. One time I changed my mind after placing an order for some sterile water and called them to cancel it. I was on the phone with the guy cancelling the order and making a replacement order, and he offered up a coupon for free shipping! Keep in mind that unlike Amazon you always pay freight, and this was 2 cases of water he offered to ship for free. I'm supposed to be on the email list for such offers and for periodic discounts but I've not seen any yet. I've picked out a sphygmomanometer stethoscope combo kit (old school blood pressure kit) I'm gonna buy when I get my first 10% discount coupon.
Sounds like a good site, I try to keep small number of medical supplies here in case of emergency. Thanks John
