Quite likely, we will have a few good snowstorms yet this month, as some of our fiercest storms are in March. We will still have snow on the ground through much of April and, in the paste, we've had some snowstorms in April as well. The latter part of April and half of May will be mudseason, as it will take a while for the snowmelt to work its way into the ground.

I hope we will see the snow melting soon, the last storm that came thru dropped about 6 inches of snow with temperatures down to 18 degrees. The sun is shining and I a very grateful that we live on the sunny side of the street which mans we will be snow free while the people across the street will still have snow covered front yards.

Good question, when wlll spring get here?

I had to chuckle when I saw the attached photos, Ken. I could use a hug too because I live in Ontario and who knows when it will end for us. Today is sunny and a bit milder but its not going to last.

When you mentioned mud in April and May, I know what you are talking about. My side yard is covered in 8 feet of snow and when that melts I don't have a clue what I'm going to do. Even if I could move some of it which I can't because its covered with ice, I have nowhere to put it. I do love spring but this year I think I will be in a flood zone and planting my garden will have to wait!
