I like my coffee also about 2 cups a day, not really strong but not a cup of hot water either. It is good to know a cup of coffee is good for you also with benefits we all need.

So now there is a study saying coffee is bad for us. Well, actually the study is saying that having four cups of coffee a day is bad for us. All right, so we stop at two at the most. Anyway, it seems funny to me after all the hype over the benefits of coffee in other studies. Now there is one saying its bad for us. I guess like most things it one of those things that should be used in moderation.
