Many of my retirement years was spent in New Zealand diving. We had just finished a swim and dive with Dolphins before having lunch. LON DI KIKOURA.jpg Kaikoura.jpg

    How many dolphins were there?
Are the dolphins in that region the same species as elsewhere?
Did they approach you as the curious creatures that they are?
Did you ever feel unsafe around them?

I don't know if they are the same as elsewhere. They all look the same to me. They never approached us and I never felt threatened. I counted 10 to 12 in their POD. Local Kiwi's assured us as to safety.
