The Attorney General of Texas has filed a suit against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, accusing them of not following their own constitution and of making changes to their voting laws just before the November election. Senator Ted Cruz (now known by the affectionate name of “Lion Ted Cruz”), will be representing the State of Texas as the case goes to the Supreme Court. From what some people are saying, Texas does not have to prove election fraud, just that the states did not follow their own constitutional laws. “ The Great State of Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. “ Part of what is asserted in the case is that there are election irregularities, but to win the case, they just have to prove that these states acted inappropriately. After Texas filed this case, around 20 other states have also joined in the lawsuit, which helps to show the Supreme Court that these other states agree with what Texas is asserting in their lawsuit. So, am I understanding you to say that you think that even if the election went to Biden due to fraudulent votes from dead people, fake Chinese ballots, and Dominion voting machines tabulating the election counts wrong; that you still think that the person who cheated to win should be allowed to claim victory anyway ? Even in sports, when they find a competitor cheating , they disqualify that person from winning. Back in the old west days, cheaters were shot or hung, because cheating has always been hated.

Well, Yvonne, if nothing can be, or is, done about it............will Mr. Trump stay? Everything has to be proven and, so far, whatever is being proven, no action is being taken. As of right now, Biden is putting together his Cabinet and nothing is stopping him from that. Cheating, no matter the type, has to be proven and acted on. I don't see any "action" being done. That's all I'm saying.
Cheating doesn't have to be proven in the case of the Texas suit because the suit goes to the Constitutionality of changes made to election law illegally

How many people are let go from being prosecuted for a crime they committed over a technicality? How many people have avoided prison simply because some “friends” gave that person an alibi? How many judges, prosecutors and politicians have been bought off in our illustrious history? Hundreds? Thousands? As a matter of interest, how many times has each of us broken the law but yet have suffered nothing after doing so? Our justice system, however great it is can be manipulated so to me, just because some evidence isn’t able to be submitted to the powers that be, doesn’t mean guilt isn’t there. In this case, I have seen enough evidence to know that crimes have been committed with the election system. Whether or not the guilty parties are brought in front of a judge and jury remains to be seen but you can best bet that something is going to change and it’s going to be big no matter who takes the Presidency. What bugs the heck out of me is to see Christians who can look at a crime and shrug their shoulders all because the person committing that crime is someone the Christian likes. If a Christian can tolerate crime as if it is nothing in order to achieve a goal then that person needs to re-think their values and their stance with a much higher Judge.
The overarching fact is that the left have tried everything possible to get rid of Trump starting back when he wasn't even president and only announced his intentions, and to think they would NOT use the presidential election to continue the effort is just damn ridiculous.
The thing about CNN, and actually all of the TV news, whether cable/satellite over the air, is that it protects us from the news, rather than bringing it. Examples: how often do we learn on CNN or MSNBC about toppling governments in Latin America or elsewhere (Ukraine during the Obama administration)? How many military bases or presence do we have in other countries? A few yeas back wife and I stayed in St/ Petersburg after a tour in Russia. We turned on the TV and lo and behold, there was CNN Germany! In Germany (Wife and I are bilingual)! The biggest surprise was that there was actual NEWS!!! I frequently read Die Zeit, a weekly newspaper from Hamburg, and see things that havent been in our media. .
I'm a fan of CNN. I've said this before, I was a fan of CNN's founder. I think they give it to me straight. They are part of the free press charged with exposing a crazy president and his coharts when they do wrong. With a little help I got Senior Biden elected and I got his win certified, not single-hqndedly you understand, but with a little help. Now it is up to Biden and his legal people to take care of the crazies trying to dig up something the courts might look at before throwing it out. I know many in the GOP think Trump is the best thing since cream gravy but he is a sick man, mentally. I don't know if the GOP will ever return to a state of sanity but I suppose there is hope. I've done my part. Now Biden and the Democrats are on their own. After all this heavy work I have been doing and have done, I'm going to sit back and turn everything over to a younger generation, hoping they can take care of business. We need a new, younger speaker of the house and MacConnell should be replaced with someone younger. We old foggies have done our darnest and all we have done is leave a mess. None of us are very smart or have any useful advice to pass on to those who will carry on. All we can do is look on and complain. Almighty God looking down on his kingdom, if indeed there is an almighty God, and this is indeed a kingdom, then he should be sickened with what he sees. I have high hopes for the country. I will no doubt be watching and second guessing the politics of this union. I am watching several people in politics. I wish the powers that be could find a spot for John Kasich in this new regime. Perhaps I’m an idealist or maybe somewhat of a masochist but I’d rather be fed the truth no matter how much it may disturb me. There may be some, but I doubt there are many who wish that the doctor would have “colored” up or “covered” up a life determining diagnosis and such it is with me and the news. I learned a long time ago in combat, that the main person who will provide protection for me......is me.
When you believe someone/media else you stop thinking for yourself. I question everything even the people I follow on alternative media. You can believe in global warming ocean rise but if you walk down to the ocean you can see it was a lie. You can believe that Biden has a large following but if you look at the rallies you know it is a lie. Before you believe the CIA/CNN media check out alternatives.
