For those who believe in God....He has promised us a glorious body with no problems in our eternal life. As for our earthly lives each day we wear away because our earthly bodies were not made for forever!
I think it just makes it easier to accept death when nothing works anymore... Anyway Patsy it's like that joke about starting out with no teeth, hair and wearing diapers to ending up like that in old age
All the "outside stress" just causes "inside stress" for many and makes many of us just want to take a "vacation" from everything sometimes. It's also winter time and for many that is depressive and many don't feel much like talking then. What I like about @Ken Anderson's Forum is the fact that you can come and go as you please and not have to feel you've got to stop in every day. Sometimes I have a lot to say...and sometimes I don't feel like saying anything and there's freedom here to just be yourself here. It isn't a whole lot of fun when you want to talk about something and no one is talking back with you for whatever reason. There's alot more active Forums that's true, but most of those are so stressful with all the inner fighting, cliques, and bullies that they'd be better off if they did die to me! Many here don't care for Politics that much as you can tell from who does post on the Political threads. Many don't want to talk about faith or religious matters here either but it's nice that the ones who do want to talk about these things can. Just because a Forum has quiet times doesn't mean it has died.
Well if we live long enough Chrissy most of us will probably end up experiencing most of those things once again.
I'm not going to reply to this because it will just cause conflict. You took my statement way out of context to begin with and I'll end it with that.

I agree with your above post 19 Babs except to say, with all the troubles in the world, the forum should also be a place to come and relax and laugh if possible, takes our minds off things @Babs Hunt
Now here's my Honey without his top dentures, and with....although he's handsome to me always, he's definitely cuter with his dentures! One of my sisters did not know he wore top dentures and one day she asked me how my Honey had such beautiful straight teeth and I told her he bought them!
