    1. Yvonne and anyone,
I think you will enjoy this conversation between Max Igan and Jason Breshears about the Great Wall Of China.

From the photos see if you can spot what I see as a flaw in their premise that this is really a Roman- built trade road.

I have not watched the video yet (I will); but I do not believe that it is a trade road either. If you have read about Tartaria, one of the things that is said is that this was was built to keep the Chinese out of Tartaria, and not to protect the Chinese.
When you look at the sides of the wall, you can see that it looks more like they are trying to protect the land outside of China.

Rome wasn’t without its historians and one would think that there would be some documentation or rather, written history describing Rome’s involvement with the Great Wall.
Now, it could be that said documents were stored at the Library of Alexandria when it was destroyed in 48 BC but then there were other libraries such as Aristotle’s lyceum at Athens that would more than likely store such historical information.

So far as the battlements and measurements go, again, I don’t know. To me, there should be some historical data that could be provided by the Egyptians, Chinese, Greeks or even in some of the travels of Marco Polo.

Why don’t you start a thread on the subject and see how far it flies?

I watched the video, very interesting, Dwight ! I think that they have a lot of good points; but I think that the old, old world was actually run by Tartaria, which encompassed much of both the old and new worlds , back in the ancient times. We have a lot of evidence of Tartaria construction even here in America.

I have watched some of Jason Breshears videos before, from his Archaix channel on youtube. His voice is hard for me to listen to, but he does have some interesting ideas about a lot of things.

This is a picture of the continental railroad being put down across America, and you can see that it looks like the rails were already there, and had been buried , maybe for centuries, and are being dug back out of the dirt, not just then being built.

Why are we talking about this in a pm instead of a thread, Dwight ? Start a thread about the Great Wall in history, and post your video there where more people can see it.

That was one of the points being made - that the crennilated battlements are on BOTH sides, being defensive against both the Chinese and the Mongols.

... but remember the cleansing of history done by the Catholic Church. Btw, I've always suspected that the Alexandria library's destruction was deliberate. There are various theories about exactly what the extant power structure wanted concealed.

I posted it as a private conversation because I thought not many besides yourself would be interested. Also, as conspiracy theories are proving true, maybe I wanted to keep the public forum discussion more on the serious side. This stuff about the Chinese Wall is on the fun side for me.

This is another one of the Great Walls, this one is in Iran. It appears that whomever the ancient road builders were, they made these well constructed roads in many parts of the world.
I belong to some ancient history facebook groups, and there are a lot of pictures of old buildings, and ancient construction being unearthed underneath the more modern construction.

Everyone in Baltimore calls each other 'hon'. I'm wondering if the city was begun by a rogue group of lost Huns from central Asia. (just kidding)

That photo of the tracks being uncovered is amazing. I see I've missed some things. I never heard of the Gorgan Wall and I haven't delved into the Tartaria thing. I'm going to learn some more about each. I surmise that the term 'Tartaria' is derived from 'Tartar' or its variation 'Tatar'. Doe anyone know if this is true?

Here is another video that show more of the Great Wall of China. This person has a lot of videos on youtube that show ancient structures, cities, and information about Tartaria and the mud floods. I think that he also has videos about Star Forts, anther really interesting thing from our history that we didn’t learn in school.

This is not myth. And it is fun. So, my wife and I order Chinese food from time to time. And we have a nice relationship with the restaurant. So, they often will throw us more authentic kinds of Chinese dishes. And that is how we discovered sticky rice. They make a very nice version with fruits and nuts and bean paste.

Anyway, so I am watching this show about the Great Wall of China and they are discussing what kind of mortar was used. And, their analysis of the ancient mortar was that it had about 7% sticky rice (the gluten?) in the mortar!!!

    Sticky Rice Mortar...
