I use mine every day, and I've had one for years now.

Must confess, have not used mine in months..except for a few brief hop on's. It was put in another room due of lack of space. I am working on trying to get back on track.

I have been obsessing lately about the possibility of developing lymphedema after my cancer treatment. For anyone not familiar, "LE" is an uncontrolled swelling, usually in an extremity. Many breast cancer patients get lymphedema as a bonus after having lymph nodes removed/destroyed by surgery. There is some discussion of the benefits of rebounding for moving lymph fluid earlier in this thread.

Since I'm terrified of developing LE, I make it a point of keeping up with stretches, exercises, and rebounding a few minutes every day. There are certain exercises that stretch the skin and help lymph flow as it should. Gentle movement helps "pump" the lymph fluid throughout the body. All that to say... I recently read that an exercise ball can provide a similar benefit. (Y'all know where this is going. :D:D)

About a week ago I received one of these from Amazon and my hubby used his air compressor to inflate it. (I started out with the wimpy foot-pump thing but it appeared I wouldn't have the ball inflated until 2024 or thereabouts.) I can sit on this and bounce while I watch TV. :D

Remember when it was a "thing" to use those instead of chairs at work? It was supposed to save your back or strengthen your core or something.

Actually, it's pretty easy, G. I wondered if it would roll over on me but it doesn't. :D:D Plus you could always under-inflate it a bit for more "squish."

Yeah; they're always coming up with hare-brained ideas for "ergonomics."

It wasn't long after those "good for your core" ball-seats came out that some cheater started selling these:

Kinda defeats the purpose, unless all you want to do is amplify farts.
