"The Earth sings every day, with an electric chorus. With the right tuning, radios can eavesdrop on this sizzling symphony of crackles, pops and whistles — the melody of millions of lightning bolts. A listener in New Zealand can even hear a volcano in Alaska erupt, a new study reports"

Thanks Joe. It makes you wonder if they now have the technology to pick up these sounds, why no sounds of life form on other planets has not yet been detected....or has it !

Wow! I heard about this. I always thought that it had to be alive because it sustains so much life. Everything on earth comes out of it. All our food and nourishment that makes up our physical bodies, including all the animals. Everything we build or make is from some earthly substance. It seems to just sit there quietly and perhaps observe, but it is quietly singing!

"A volcano in Ecuador with a deep cylindrical crater might be the largest musical instrument on Earth, producing unique sounds scientists could use to monitor its activity".

"Researchers have recorded a strange new sound that started coming from a volcano in Ecuador after it erupted in the fall of 2015 — and the sound is incredibly soothing. It sounds like a napping volcano is slowly inhaling and exhaling". (Read more)
