F-bomb warnings on this last one. Could you live in a Boxabl Casita? It is deliverable and sets up in less than an hour. However, as far as I've been able to find, the cost is just under $50,000.
I could live in one but I would need a three story town house to keep all my stuff in I was thinking of putting a casita subdivision on my farm to compete with subdivision to the north. They would be perfect for seniors as far as upkeep. But to prepare the area with water, sewage, electric and slabs--a little out of my ability.
