Kamala Harris was born in Oakland, California 10 years after I graduated high school there. Oakland has a half million population and yet the press refers to her being born in a San Francisco East Bay City. Is not mentioning Oakland because of Oakland having a history of Black oranizations like Black Panthers etc, etc, that could have a negative effect with voters.
You and me, too, @Lon Tanner . I watched a little bit of Lester Holt reporting about Biden choosing Kamala Harris as his running mate. He was positively salivating. Nothing but highest praise for her. Then he said some bad things about President Trump. No praise there. I turned the TV off.
