Who is pleased we will finally be able to watch the Olympics this year. I for one as I am somewhat of a sportaholic. My greatest ever sporting buzz was as a free guest at the Sydney Millenium Games as my wife worked for a major sponsor. I was meserized by the spectacle.. specially the opening and closing ceremonies.

The Covid pandemic tho has once again added problems to the Tokyo Games with no international visitors permitted to attend. Already several Australian divers have has to pull out due to time constraints caused by the killer virus. I expect to hear that many more athletes from other nations will do same..

One nice thing for those of us that are deaf is that we don't have to hear to enjoy the sport. I like all sports but enjoy watching Pro Football and Golf the most.

With having The Cowboy Channel on Roku, love "live" rodeo action. Like PGA, NFL and sometimes MLB. Use to be a big Lakers fan (NBA), but not much anymore.

I like watching Strongman competitions but they aren’t on TV with any regularity. Roller Derby was a favorite too but I haven’t seen that on in years. I’ve never cared much for any of the ball sports though.

Not a big sports fan, but the gymnastics of the olympics are rather mesmerizing. Otherwise, I need to know somebody playing for the rest to be interesting to watch, and that hasn't happened since my kids were on soccer teams.

My kitty and I watched the opening ceremonies last night and will watch off and on all day Saturday because there is nothing else to do today here in assisted living. What will you be doing today?

Watching Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo "live" on The Cowboy Channel, and perhaps a little of the Olympics. To much crap has gone on, like black athletes wanting to wear Black Lives Matter t-shirts and the Olympic Committee saying "absolutely not". Protestors protesting the Olympics are even going on with this virus thing hitting the Village badly. Everyone wearing masks at the Opening. I just flipped by the Volleyball going on and didn't see any fans at all.
