More info: The man insisted(!) because he has to due to his mental condition. He's on the road almost across the US to LA with his brother in a Studebaker convertible. Later he helped his brother win $86,000 in the casino because he's good at (certain) numbers but does find his way around in normal life. One of the actors starred in Tootsie and the other one in Top Gun.
