I won't list all he plans on doing those first 100 days, but this is what his plan is on his first day in office:

    First Day in Office

During the campaign, Trump frequently pointed to the tasks he wishes to accomplish on his first day in the Oval Office.

Laying out the aims of his administration, Trump has said he will: “repeal and replace ‘Obamacare,’” “immediately suspend the admission of Syrian refugees,” “order a review of every single regulation issued over the last eight years,” “begin lifting all regulations that are hurting our workers and our businesses,” “terminate every single unconstitutional executive order signed by President Obama,” “restore the rule of law to our land,” “begin implementing plans for construction of a wall along our southern border” and “get rid of” international gangs of thugs and drug cartels — all on his first day

He will make things interesting in the White House..........don't you think?

Well I doubt he'll do it in one day...give him at least a week.;)

Although I'm on Medicare now, Obamacare was the most useless thing that I didn't sign up for.

Yes, I do. I hope so, anyhow. He won't be able to accomplish everything by himself, of course. The Affordable Care Act was enacted by congress and will need to be repealed by congress, although I trust that he will encourage them in that process. Things that Obama did through executive order can be undone by executive order.

Wonder what his Foreign Policies will be like? Continue to assist some countries and say "no more" to others?

Trump really sounded "kick butt" (tough guy) during his campaign. Will he keep that personality up.

What about immigration? Close the borders, build a wall? What about all the illegals living here? Become legal or "bye, bye"?

That's a lot of things, Cody and they take time. No president has done all he said he would. I'm not expecting miracles to happen but electing him is a good start.

Only if he follows through. If he meant what he said. If he expects to now bask in the limelight, that will be another matter. I'm still the skeptic. :(

No Frank I'm the forum Skeptic. :)

Also, not everyone will be happy because I think we all see different things in Trump...maybe that's why he won.

I was happy to see that he wasn't too far right. I don't like the fanatics on either end of the spectrum.

Here's a link to an NPR article on what Trump plans for his First 100 Days.

We have never had a president who was able to accomplish everything he said he would do, but let's see how well he tries.

    @Ken Anderson
"On Wednesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell mostly made nice with Trump but also shot down or expressed little enthusiasm in some of his plans. On Trump's proposal to impose term limits on Congress, McConnell said, "It will not be on the agenda in the Senate." McConnell has been a long-standing opponent of term limits, as NPR's Susan Davis reports. "I would say we have term limits now — they're called elections."

Mitch McConnell will likely prove to be one of the major barriers to implementation of reforms vitally needed. His hard-headed insistence in the old status-quo existence of politicians in Washington hovers around the despotic. Never liked the man, his leanings, his lyings, his long-term presence. As the bumper stickers in the Phoenix-area proclaimed before Clinton's second term, "Throw all the bastards out".

I do expect that a number of our Republican elected officials in the House and Senate, but primarily in the Senate, will expend more energy fighting Trump than they'll spend working at the job that their voters sent them to do, and I further anticipate that these will largely be the ones who self identified as NeverTrumpers. Some of them were defeated at the polls, but others remain. Fortunately, a large part of what Trump has on his agenda involves things that were done by executive order, and can therefore be undone by executive order, with no need of cooperation from the Senate.

And, the protests go on! In fact, one protest group said they will be at the Inauguration Ceremony in January. Will protests go on for this long (now until then)?? I really think all this protesting is stupid.

My wife told me, which is probably true, if Clinton would have won, all the protesting would be done by Trump supporters. What do you think?

I'm the type that likes to see something different once in awhile, do something different. I feel the same way about this whole Presidency thing. Trump said it, imo. "What have we got to lose". I mean the people spoke, and it seemed many of Americans seemed to have one thing in common, they wanted change. It's like, man, let's try something else, this is NOT working. That isn't the only reason I voted Trump, but today I have some real hope for our country. I didn't believe there was much hope for hillary succeeded in truly getting important things straightened out. Trump convinced me that he was going to try. He kept saying it was going to happen, he'd get it done. But what I truly believed all along, was that he was going to do his best/try.

Campaign promises don't affect me as much as what I see in the person running, not what they say, but their record. Trump makes good things happen, things get built, jobs are made, good deals are made (profitable) and he never tried to fool anyone into thinking he was perfect, he was just himself. I'd rather have that kind of person in the Whitehouse. Did we ever have someone like Trump before? The only one I'm truly hearing a lot of good things about, and I liked and voted for him, is Reagan.
