"Putin is smart and our leaders are dumb" is what he said yesterday to an audience of his dimwitted followers. That stupid remark will air all over the communist world.

Did you get a time out on the other forum again? I see you've returned here with your hateful remarks.

Putin is smart. He is shrewd. He has outsmarted most of the world. I wish he was an American and a Republican. We could be world leaders again. He is ruthless but you have to be ruthless to be a leader of a country. It requires making tough decisions. A good, kind, Christian man will never be a good leader of a country. REF. Jimmy Carter.

I don't think that anybody can dispute the fact that our current leaders are not all there in the head.

BTW, I sure do miss Donald Trump.

Several thoughts here: First, Trump's statement was not treasonous. It was more accurate (in the context of Putin vs. Biden) than not; however, Trump should have, IMHO, phrased it differently. Second, Trump's supporters are certainly not all dimwitted, although some seem to think he can walk on water (e.g., "Let Trump be Trump!"}, which he can't and doesn't. Third, there are a good number of Trump supporters who wonder what, if anything, he's leaned from his monstrous defeat (e.g., See American Thinker - Is Donald Trump Coachable?). I found it interesting that some people who basically supported Trump at CPAC would openly suggest he was a little "unhinged", as that was the reason a lot of people in my neck of the woods didn't vote for him the second time around. Trump needs help, in terms of what he says, the people he hires and fires and how he treats people who are around him. God help us if he doesn't learn from his mistakes and go on to loose to someone like Hillary.

Trump lives in the heads of the real enemies of the state, they fear him and eventually we will see the most recent of the bunch charged for high crimes, hopefully for a coup de tat which is exactly what it was. Not an exercise to FIND dirt on an opponent but actually spread lies by buying our FBI and Justice Department promising high positions. That already happened in the past which allowed the trash we saw from the democrats year after year. I am independent and only think about voting for the best person to be elected and the democrats haven't shown me diddly squat for over 50 years. Every time progress has been made they come in and destroy it. They have handed over our country to foreigners and have the nerve to make us pay for it even if it is a felony. The time for hangings of corrupt government officials is long overdue. Take a long look around you while out in public and think for a moment how much time do your children and grand children have left. Keep voting democrat and you can subtract more than you would like to see, unless you happen to think the same as today's democrat.

Many Republicans talk a good game, but do nothing to stop the Dems in their machinations. Trump appears to be someone who loves his country but doesn't completely understand politics, which is what can be expected from a non-politician. He thought he could run the country like a business, which cannot be done except in a dictatorship.

I agree 'mostly' with the three post above #7 #8 & #9 . So what can/do we do about the negatives noted ? I'm a 72 yr/old man with arthritis .... basically 'physically' useless.

Trying to contact a rep/sen is IMO a waste of time ... I have tried.

Don't be part of the "silent majority". Don't be afraid to speak up. Do expect to be browbeaten by both the socialist liberals and Trump-bots (if Trump runs) when you think and speak critically. Some of us took a lot of hits on some "conservative" forums for criticizing Trump's behavior (e.g., tweeting, exaggerating, denigrating, etc.) and saying it could cost him the 2020 election, which should have been a walk in the park for him. Smart people learn from their mistakes.

So what about 4 years of never-ending fabricated charges [lies] and "investigations" by Congress stating that Russia bought the 2016 election? That was broadcast over and over and over by our own media, undermining the sitting president (on top of #RESIST efforts.) How is that not treason?

Then there's Hunter Biden. You think that's some low-key issue? The sitting president is dirty and corrupt, and the communist countries have known it for a very long time.

Have you never seen any commentary after a SOTU address? Did you hear the VP's analysis of Russia invading Ukraine? (Big country in Europe invading little country in Europe and the big country is more powerful.)

    Don't be so dimwitted.

I see on early news, and I mean real early news since I sleep at weird hours. Trump is not going to run again and it will be Desantis with Trump backing him. I can think of a couple others that I like but they aren't as strong and most likely would not run. If you aren't the chosen one you can't run. I think Republicans still use that system but obviously the democrats do not. They just stick someone in there at their own personal whim, example slo joe and the giggler. I have to believe they knew the only chance they had was to stuff ballot boxes which they did e masse in swing states. It won't be so easy this time around because there will be 24 hour surveillance at all boxes. Any one carrying a box made of anything will be photoed and tag numbers kept.

Soooo…..you chastise Trump for saying that Putin is smart and our leaders are dumb whilst characterizing Trump supporters, including myself and others here, as dimwitted.
Me thinks you need to take time for a sit down with Dale Carnegie’s “How to make friends and influence people”.

I do submit to you sir that besides being totally ignorant of the facts, your display of that ignorance only magnifies your lack of willingness to take the necessary steps to educate yourself.

First, in MY country and unlike Russia, we have the right to criticize our government and the leaders without fear of retribution. Donald Trump is a civilian and even if he still held the Presidency, he has those same rights.

Secondly, Putin may be a megalomaniac and possibly bat crap crazy but he IS smarter than most of the leaders sitting in the cat bird seats in our government especially when speaking of Joe Biden.
