    We have two USB outlets on a counter electrical outlet plate, but have never used them. We didn't install, the outlet was already there when we rented the apartment.

    Don't see why they wouldn't work for you.

    I forgot, we also have a USB outlet on each of our recliners. The recliners are together, with a armrest between them. They are electric and we plug each iPhone into each recliner, to recharge, each night.

    As for installing one or two, not for me. I'd rather used what Von uses.

    We have some of those outlets, and they work great. Bobby changed out the regular outlets for this kind , in the area near where we have our devices plugged in. It is much less bulky that using those big block chargers, and you can still have full use of the electrical outlet.

    I have also seen these at hotels when I was traveling with my daughter, so it seems to be an upcoming idea, that is catching hold, because people all have devices to charge up nowadays,
