After having a 5 year drought, this year will be the wettest on record!! Woke up this morning at 1AM with storms passing through..Intermittent Internet Service.. . Rain forecast through Sunday!!
You're in the 40s and 50s in Texas? I'm in the middle of Maine, and it's in the 50s here today, and raining. It's not raining hard, though. Just enough to wash our snow away.
It seems to me that the climate is having a shift of its own, an unpredictable paradigm shift. We usually get more than 20 typhoons and storms but now the number has not reached 10 and it's already the last month of the year. After the devastating typhoon Yolanda in 2013, we are now very dry and crops are dying. I remember seeing a post about California having no water in the middle of this year. It looks like that drought in California had shifted to the Philippines and the typhoons here have shifted their target to the US. This climate change is surely crazy and making us scared with the unpredictable weather.
We just had a 3 day marathon of light drizzly rain that brought down a tree at Queen's Hospital!! We were getting worried for drizzly rain without winds to move the rain clouds is very dangerous. Even drizzly rain can do damage as we've seen at a local hospital called Queen's Hospital. Luckily no one was hurt when the tree came down at the hospital. Felt sorry for people who had solar panels in Hawaii when the rain wouldn't stop and we were blanketed with just grey clouds. God help you to have pleasant and safe weather and prevent floods and other disasters! God help us all, amen!
