That Walmart burgundy is likely to be vintage at this point in time. I got some Boones Farm I'm waiting to peak.
Do you really think you're going to live to 2075? Both you AND the wine will be dried up by then......LOL
LOL!!! My first job out of high school (1972) was at a drug store. This was the local store of a regional chain. I quickly took on managing the beer & wine department. I ordered everything and decided what to stock and what the shelf displays would be. When Budweiser would go on sale for $5/case, I would decide how much to buy. There was zero oversight. I was there when Boones Farm Apple hit the scene...then they came out with Strawberry!!! The funny thing is I was 18 and the drinking age was 21. I could not legally buy a single thing. I always have looked young for my age...always. I looked 15 when I graduated high school. People would actually come into the store and ask me for wine recommendations...some kid at the friggin' drug store who wasn't even of legal drinking age!!! "Is this wine dry?" "Yes, ma'am. Drier than the Sahara." What was I supposed to say..."It's liquid!!! What do you mean 'dry'?"
