    Some of the meals include a Brownie in the dessert compartment.

    DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE FINISHED WITH THE DINNER UNTIL YOU EAT THE BROWNIE!!!

    If you do, it will be as hard as granite!

    Eat the brownie FIRST, before anything else, because it hardens rapidly!

    It's true they do harden fast.... but if I ate a brownie before my dinner, I wouldn't be able to eat anything else..and hubs doesn't eat cake, so he'd never try that ...

    Due to the sodium content in tv dinners, we don't eat them anymore. So, don't have anything to worry about when it comes to eating the brownie.

    I can't even remember the last time I ate a TV dinner. Back then it was like eating cardboard. They say they have gotten better but, like @Cody Fousnaugh said, they are high in sodium and I am only suppose to have a limited amount of salt.

    Aren't all the frozen dinners what we would call TV dinners? Maybe they call them microwavable dinners now.

    Last night my Wife served me with a Fried Chicken Dinner, with CORN ON THE COB as a special treat!

    I just LOVED it!

    I turned my mouth into a Lathe and rotated that cob until all the kernels were machined off!

    Was it southern fried chicken?

    Very few things on this earth are better than corn on the cob mopped with butter.

    Last night we picked fresh corn and had it with pork steaks, grilled zucchini and peppers, tomatoes and home made apple sauce. I haven't had a frozen dinner in years, but I do occasionally have a small frozen pizza. Pizza used to be our go-to when we were short on time, but wife doesn't eat wheat any more, so I have it when she is not home.

    When we were kids we thought that having a TV dinner on TV trays in the living room was about the best thing that ever happened to us!

    When I moved out on my own I pretty much survived on Swanson pot pies, five for a dollar, and boiled potatoes.

    These days I still pick up a traditional TV dinner when I have a coupon but it just isn't the same without those old metal TV trays from the green stamp store.

    @Shirley Martin

    What, in case you die before getting to the dessert? Eat it first, then!
