in many ways diet has been twisted to work against us and sadly much of the herbal and natural approaches don't stray too far from the norm. understandable though as we don't have alternatives available (or too many to know which to choose from.)

I appreciate Dr Berg's approach on youtube. But staying on the straight an narrow is difficult.

i've seen a few of his videos, a lot of good tips for living. the kind of information that most people can actually stomach given social norms.

attempting to eliminate bacteria and viruses or control it's presence (lab products) removes us from our immediate environment. you might need the messaging that it provides about the element(s) you are in.

try flipping the scope and imagine who's eating who... it's possible to have a commensal relationship. you'll know that gut feeling.

oh well, this holobiont idea is probably too kooky for most people.

You might have to give classes (or youtubes ; ).
I had lymes disease and two courses of doxicycline didn't fix it. So I hit my books and came up with teasel root which worked well. I have since gotten some lumbrokinase for help dissolving bio film. I occassionally help friends with issues and they call me the witch doctor.:)
