We had Sicilian pizza half meatball, and a round cheese pizza. I decided to try a different pizza place, I'm always searching for a better tasting Pizza. This place was thumbs down so the search continues.

We are having corned beef tonight , We only have corned beef on average once every 3 months as I’m not fond of to much corned / pickled / salted foods like bacon / ham / C.B from Aldi ( their CB isn’t as salty as some other supermarkets )
I usually buy a lump of what’s called silverside in Australia it’s big enough to last us for at least 2 hot meals and a sandwich for lunch for 2-3 days so it works out as fairly economical meals.
We will have the traditional mashed potatoes / cabbage and carrots with the meat.

I’ve never tried twice baked potatoes @Beth Gallagher i must try them one day

I've always loved them, Kate, but they are a bit of work so I have to be in the mood to make them. :D

I love me some chili dogs, but they gotta have the works: onions, mustard, sauerkraut, hot sauce & melted cheese.

Did I mention that I had a gastroenterologist appointment last week? ;)

One of my brothers who also liked to cook would make a corned ham. I'm not sure of the process, but it seemed less salty than the corned beef (maybe because you can get smoke-cured rather than salt-cured.) I recall it had kale in it. It tastes better than it sounds.
