Will the jury find Hunter Biden of guilty of lying on a federal form in order to purchase a gun? There is irrefutable proof that he lied. If his name was JaQuan or DaWayne, he would certainly be found guilty and sent to prison. Will Hunter go to prison? Will President Biden pardon him if he is found guilty? He says no but it would be hard to stand by and see your son in prison even if it is like a country club.
Who knows. They are dragging out the story of his mother dying in a car wreck when he was three. I guess that's his excuse for being a general waste of oxygen.
Just an opinion mind you but I do believe that a jury HAS to find Hunter guilty. Why? Because a jury found Trump guilty. The Dems need a scape goat that can help allay the idea that their party is favored by the justice department. Although it is common knowledge that there are far too many instances when outright but unpunished crimes have been committed by those within the Dem’s political arena, a guilty verdict sans a pardon from Joe will help build a favorable facade during the Presidential campaign. I am sure that whatever chump change fine and community service project Hunter receives will be fully accepted without appeal and Joe can say, “see, I too believe no one is above the law and everyone can see that because I didn’t pardon my own son”. It’s all part of a political circus.

We'll see what the sentence is. They are possibly going to convict him of this, give him a light sentence, then forget about the other crimes including the tax case coming up in September, which is seriously close to the election...if Biden stays in the race. Even Democrat analysts are now hinting that he is going to drop out before the "debate" now.
