They're more intelligent, that's why! Also, in my time here, this town has gone from having a small town feel to a crowded urban blight area feel. NYC and L.A. have had terrible environmental conditions for a very long time. Austinites can remember when this town was great, the aforementioned can't, for their respective towns.
