Well, that sounds great! I had refried beans, cheese, tomato, and avocado tostadas yesterday. I am grilling beef hot dogs with toasted buns as I type this. Lunch and dinner. I think I will finish off the potato salad with some potato chips.

Pinto beans are boiled and fried in advance and reheated when required, used especially in Mexican cooking. High fiber, very soft, and great for gummers like me.
