Pork cutlets, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach and cucumber/tomato salad for dinner. And... I made egg custard for dessert later

My wife served me with a Filet Mignon dinner last night. This was the most tender steak I've ever eaten, and was an inch and a half thick!

I never order steak dinners at our favorite restaurant Steer & Stein, because even their most tender cut, the Rib Eye, is still too tough for me to cut and chew. Instead, I'll have Fish, Chicken, Ribs, and even their deluxe 1/3-pound Cheeseburger. My wife always orders the Bacon-Wrapped Tri-Tip steak.

The Filet Mignon that she broiled for me last night came from the popular Omaha Beef Assortment, which we had in the freezer since it came as a Christmas gift. The assortment had cuts of Beef Steaks, Chops, Roasts, Burgers, Veal, Pork, Sausages, and other delicacies.

    Yowzah!

We didn't have a Father's Day or Birthday Dinner for me, but when we do, in the very near future, I'll have either have a Filet Mignon or Prime Rib at our local steakhouse. My wife has a nice lobster and baked potato. And, can't forget the glass of Bud Light or Yingling.

Today's supper was cajun red beans and andouille sausage over rice, with cornbread and a salad.
