Yes, listening to more tunes usually works. There is a chance I'll get stuck with one of the new tunes in my head, but it's worth the risk.
Thanks to @Bobby Cole ,and his post in another thread, I now have “pah-rum-pum-pum-pum ” running around in my head.......and it is only mid-September !
I've always found that if I sing the tune out loud for about five minutes, that'll get it out of my head. Don't try that for middle-of-the-night episodes, though. Makes you very unpopular with your bedmate.
