Of course Harvard is racist. It is simply another example of the pervasive racist among the liberal elite. People of Asian descent would dominate every university campus were it not for racism and prejudice against them. Those of Jewish heritage would follow closely. I didn't realize until recently that virtually no one fails out of Harvard. The competition is admissions, but once you are admitted, you always graduate. The same holds true for most of the Ivy League. Al Gore is a good example. He failed out of a small seminary in Tennessee because he couldn't maintain the academic standard, but his father, since he was a prominent U.S. Senator, and leader of the Democratic coalition against civil rights, could get ol' dumb Al, Jr, into Yale. Al didn't perform well, but he graduated and went on to law school. Of course, he is now the leader of the world in convincing everyone the sky is falling \, although he undoubted doesn't understand the science himself.
True, but that didn't start with Bush. That has been the policy of the educational establishment since the 1970s.
Al predicted that the East Coast would be underwater by now, because of global warming. Instead, we're under snow.
I'm so tired of the "racist" bandwagon, and the PC police in general. I don't know if Harvard is indeed racist and I guess I don't really care.
Katherine G Johnson proved them wrong long before they wasted tax payers money to cook up such lunacy.
My mom was a teacher. She said once they mainstreamed kids who really needed skilled special education teachers, it all got increasingly worse. Just one child who doesn't understand, at no fault of their own, can dominate a teacher's time and the rest of the class suffers academically.
Isn't that the truth!! They are born with such a sharp mind. I have friends who are from Singapore and they are completely lovely.
I have a friend who was a teacher, then some kind of specialist for the school district in early childhood development and testing. Back when she was in the classroom, she actually spent time on things like changing diapers (on elementary students) and dealing with developmentally disabled children to the detriment of the rest of the class.
I was never very good at math. I think I realized, subconsciously, that math was racist and I wanted nothing to do with racism.
I'm surrounded by friends and family who are overachievers. Somehow, my Jewish genius gene has laid quite dormant through the years.
@Bess Barber, my favorite American Composers are all descendants of Russian Jewish families. George Gershwin Irving Berlin Cole Porter Richard Rodgers Jerome Kern Sigmund Romberg Rudolf Friml The world's most beautiful songs, many from Broadway shows, were written by these composers. Hal
