Like I said, we have very different views. The corruption is deep and widespread, we just don’t have the poverty they do. It’s like the guy who jumped off the skyscraper was heard to say as he passed the 2nd floor, things have been great so far.

Let's get away from all these dynasties and get back to the common man being elected. There is no future for America to destroy the original vision of the framers of our constitution. We have gone totally off the wall with all these thieving slugs who have done nothing but live off the money their Fathers and Grandfathers left them. No more East Coast shrills or California Shrills. There are lots of honest people out there that would do a wonderful job to make us not dependent on these criminals that have totally screwed this country for decades and all the while stuffing their pockets with illegal cash.

You would think people have had enough and yet we still have an ongoing coup de tat of Trump using the justice department to target him just to keep him from running they are so afraid he would win and most of them would be in prison for life for all the crimes they have committed and are now covering for one another. The have allowed a third of the southern hemisphere to walk in and then on top of that have the nerve to use our social security and other tax dollars that were constitutionally assigned to run this nation and keep it safe and free, but hand it over to people are not legally qualified to have it nor even set foot in this country. The next insult is some slug like biden to tell all the rest of us we have to pay for some rich kids college even after they signed a contract for a loan.

I say BS, that's what I say to all of it. There are truly a lot of morons out there that have no clue what or who they vote for. You would think after seeing everything in America suddenly cost 4 and 5 times more after that silly feeble halfwit took office they would get a clue. Not only was the cost of everything increased so much at the same time the amount and weight of products were even cut in half for everything, even toilet paper and paper towels. Corporations should be sanctioned by the government for outright stealing and just stop and think what these sons a bitches would do in a war.

We have some of the most disgusting elected officials ever to sit in our congress or senate and they are all guilty, not just one party. If they didn't have a silly committee to jab one another they could all stay at home and the work done would be about the same level with them in session. I will not vote for anyone other than Trump in 2024 and if he is not running there will not be another wasted vote by myself ever again. Let all these morons continue to destroy any chance of a life because they are too lazy to search for the truth or backgrounds of people that choose to run for office.

I think Truman was perhaps the closest we've come to electing a common man.

Wow, now he's got my attention!! I am for that kind of guy that takes care of his health & fitness as well. It's made such a difference in so many I've come to know at my gym, and it's making a difference in my whole mental, and emotional state too!!

For those of you who are interested, here is a link to a roundtable on health policy conducted by RFK.

You said it brother, better than I ever could :( I'd rather die fighting these cockroaches that have infested our government, than go on be one of those that just stands by watching/allowing it to happen. We should have long ago truly taken up arms and fought for our existence, it's too late now.

I heard this song the other day, and never thought it would happen to my country:

The cost of being elected to a national office in the United States is prohibitive for most Americans. If someone doesn't have the money to do it on their own, they have to sell their soul in order to be elected president. The sort of person we need the most doesn't have a prayer of being elected or even nominated by either of the two political parties. Money is required, and if you don't have it, you'll have to borrow it from those who will then own you.

Does someone want to explain to me how President Trump can be arrested and charged with 37 crimes and still run for President this November? I mean, I really hate asking such a stupid question, but maybe I'm just blind in one eye and can't see out of the other. People are still rooting him on, is there a rabbit going to be pulled out of a hat? Is the wrath of God going to strike down every "real" crook in DC? I mean, what do you tell a simple-minded country lady that is totally upset right now? I hope it's not going to be "now now, you're letting your imagination run wild, it's not all that bad". :(

Anyone can be arrested, and innocent people can even be convicted, particularly when politics is involved.

So are you saying he can still run for President even though he has an arrest record?? But if I wanted to rent a house and it shows I have a record, I probably would get to rent it, or do a lot of things!!

I want to get this back on topic, it's about Robert Kennedy Jr. and I'm sorry I wandered off. I just get so upset sometimes, I mean I'm fine, not half as bad as I may sound. I find myself wanting to consider RFK Jr because he's a Kennedy, and I have such fond memories of my childhood, and I wasn't all caught up in politics back then. Every one I knew was nuts about President John F., and we cried in our classroom when he was assassinated. I knew little about Bobby K. but was horrified when he was killed, and then John John, that little boy standing with his hand over his heart, he's killed.

So now, although I have been hating democrats ever since Obama got in and the country began changing, or at least I started to pay attention to what was going on. Then @Yvonne Smith and @Don Alaska both bring up news about RK Jr. and all of a sudden, I'm mixed up again. That's it in a nut-shell, I'm just so confused about this upcoming election, and worried about what might or who might be able to set things right again.

I found an account on Twitter that follows polling for the presidential race for 2024. Here is one sample of how the polling seems to be going in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada. It appears that President Trump is leading in the polls, followed by DeSantis, but the runner-ups below that vary from state to state.
The chart at the bottom does not show the state name (had to screenshot the whole post); but you can look at the percentage Trump has in each state and see which chart goes with which state.
I am posting it as a thumbnail so you can click and enlarge it enough to easily read it.

Is it my imagination or is this next election is starting way earlier than usual ?
I'm not looking forward to 17 months of electioneering.
