@Terry Page , a long time ago I saw a cooking show called "Melting Pot". Chef Michael Symon made several Georgian dishes and my tongue was hanging out! One thing was a walnut and cucumber soup. Other things were stuffed and or cheesy. I'm going to look for it on Youtube tonight. What fabulous feed!
Yes @Ruby Begonia walnuts figure in a lot of Georgian dishes, lobio is based on walnuts and beans and is delicious.
