This really looks like a "Flying Saucer"; but it is actually the most unique houseboat ever. It has three levels, with the bottom level actually being an underwater area, where you can safely relax and look out at the ocean beneath you. There is a main level above-water area, plus an upper level that is where you would be to steer the houseboat. As unique as it is, it looks to me like it might be safer in the water than a regular boat is, because it has the wide main area that would be floating. I have never wanted to actually live on a houseboat (although @Bobby Cole has done that); but I think that this would be fun to rent for a vacation, or even just a day or two.
Oh ! Its fab ! Years ago I'd have loved that, I love seeing all the fishes and things under the sea Magical
No pictures Ina I wouldn't like to live on one, but as a holiday would have been nice - vertigo says no now ................
Here is another video, @Ina I. Wonder , this gives more technical information about these floating homes.
Cool!! I watch a show called Tiny Houses. They make them stationary on the ground, up in trees, on wheels, so why not floating. I think I first became interested in small compact homes when I was a child. My Uncle Isaac Isaiah, (Frank), had a shrimp boat that he lived on year round. Every inch was used wisely. Many things were multifunction. I used to play like it was my own little house, and uncle Frank got his home cleaned for free.
I want one, and I have an idea. I'll do another drawing and the winner gets to buy me one of these things.
