One of the books that I keep handy is "ANGER" by Thich Nhat Hanh. It is one of the many books that I have in my library by this monk. His books are easy to read and always make sense. This book deals with anger, not only the cause and how detrimental is it but how to avoid and overcome this emotion when it springs up so quickly! I am putting this book here as I feel it is a good tool for all of us. And although Thich (means teacher) is Buddhist, it is directed to everybody!

Sounds like a good read, I am a fan of some Buddhist teachers, though I am not one myself. I think most people have some issues with anger from time to time, including me. I might try to get my hands on it sometime. I wonder if my local library has it?

He is pretty popular, Lydia so I am sure you can find this and other of his works!
