You could always make them an avatar Iike you do the memorial ones, and then if they don’t like that, they will be encouraged to load one up themself. Maybe ?
I've done that, but assigning it became too much of a chore. Then, for a while, I was assigning royalty-free images of really ugly people to them.
I was tired of looking at myself and thought a black/white sunglass look would help. It's not. So, I'll probably go with a generic avatar soon.
I think mine was the first one with sunglasses... and now all of you followers have made it such a common fashion dontchaknow, I'm going to haff to find something different...
I have used my angel on every forum and for so long that when I look at it....I actually think it’s me.... Hahahahahahaha..... I wish.
We all think it is you , too, Chrissy ; so flaunt those wings and we will all keep thinking that you are a real live angel among us.
That’s sweet of you to say, @Yvonne Smith I’m sure there are a few who would disagree though, lol We can’t please everybody though....and right now I’m feeling so much better health wise that I will take that compliment. Feeling pretty good mentally also...except for Pickles and that will come with time.... Don’t want to take this off topic so I’ll add that Pickles is my avatar on Facebook and I’m having mixed feelings about if I should leave it or change it. I do have a hard time seeing pics of him still.
What ever you feel right about, is what you should do. I have pictures of my Chipper for Christmas, for Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, and just pictures of Chipper that I love, and when I feel like it, I use those for my avatar. Even when it makes me cry and miss him (Chipper is still so much in my heart and in my memories and always will be), I like looking at the picture of him, and feel like it somehow keeps us closer again. Each person is different. I don’t think we have ever seen @Ken Anderson use an avatar of his cat; but we all know how much he loves each of them, and misses the ones that are gone.
