Remember, before Biden, Russia and Ukraine had signed a treaty.

Biden Admin Indicts Whistleblower Who Exposed Child Sex-Change Surgeries At Texas Children’s Hospital

The surgeon targeted by the Biden administration for blowing the whistle on transgender surgeries that were secretly being performed by Texas Children’s Hospital was formally indicted with federal charges this week. The charges are related to alleged HIPAA violations from when Haim, as a resident of Texas Children’s Hospital, was performing so-called “gender-affirming” procedures on minors even as it publicly declared that all such activity had been halted.

Haim says there is still uncertainty about what exactly he’s being charged with — he’s been ordered to appear in court next Monday where his legal team expects to learn the extent of the charges.

As others have pointed out, since TX law defines that stuff as child abuse, he’s required to notify as a Mandatory Reporter.

It's out about BIden being THE worst president. Convicting Trump didn't work, the illegals are his last hope.

Er, they might love to, but most likely his strings don't reach far enough.

So if Biden is replaced, will Kamala also be replaced? How does that work?

There is some question about the campaign finances that I have been reading about. Apparently, if you contribute to a person’s campaign, say Biden’s, for example; then that campaign money can not just be used for some other candidate.
If something happens to Trump, funds contributed to his campaign can’t be used for whomever replaces him, either. If the contributions are just to the political party, like Actblue, or Winred, then those funds can be used however the party decides to use them.

So, if they pull Biden out of the race, possibly the campaign funds could still be used for Kamala, since she is his presumptive running mate; but they probably couldn’t be used for someone like Newsom, Hillary, or whomever else they decided to run instead of Biden.
It seems like the Democrats are most concerned about the black vote at this time.
They have all of the illegals who are being set up to vote Democrat, if they are able to vote at all; but black people, led by some of the most well-known black people in music, religious, and celebrity areas, are more and more turning to support President Trump, and a lot of former Democrats would vote for Trump over Biden.

Therefore, I think whoever they pick to replace Biden, will be a black person, possibly female; but not Kamala, although they might keep her as VP, especially if they do choose a white male like Newsom to replace Biden.
It is possible that they could pick someone like Tulsi Gabbard, who appeals to a lot of conservatives, and some of the never-Trump’ers might vote for Gabbard if that were an option.

While I have little doubt that you are correct about using campaign funds, @Yvonne Smith, like pretty much every other matter of law, I doubt this will be applied to the Democrats.

Tulsi Gabbard probably would not accept a nomination since she left the Democrats, and the Democrats probably would not nominate her because she did leave them...and not necessarily on good terms.
Here is a link to her Substack page with the reasons she left: https://tulsi.substack.com/p/why-im-leaving-the-democratic-party

The parties are breaking down badly. Before long we'll surely see realignments across the aisle or even new parties.

I think the realignment began with Trump's election in 2016. It is possible that we will have two new parties in a few years.
