Now Pedo Joe is being called on to live by his own words. https://issuesinsights.com/2021/11/10/joe-biden-said-it-he-should-not-remain-as-president/
I Rode Into The Belly Of The Biden Beast: My motorcycle rambles take me into interesting places, one being a small town where almost everyone voted for Biden. I stopped in there again yesterday and had breakfast at a small general store and cafe where the locals tend to gather. Being less than tactful or diplomatic, I asked the group in there how they liked Biden now, mentioning such things as inflation, shipping our natural resources abroad to our enemies, looming fuel shortages, and the high price of gas, etc. There was one town official among the group who gave me a sly grin. The rest looked at me with various degrees of astonishment. The other men in the room looked embarrassed, said little, and tried to change the subject. asking me about the bike and where I was heading. It was the women who vocalized for Biden, basically saying "Well, at least he's not Trump." My rejoinder was something like "So, destroying the country is worth it to get rid of Trump?" The answer from the most vehement Biden supporter was something like, "Yes, he's a crook." My reply was 'Well, you made your bed, hope y'all like sleeping in it. Most got up and left after that little dust-up, after which I paid my bill and left, I may be less welcome next time through town but I really don't care. T These people are way above and beyond lucid and living the lives of stupid sheep in some netherworld. I did sense a tinge of buyer's remorse; however, the visceral hatred of Trump is both palpable and astounding. Cognitive dissonance notwithstanding, the democrats did a near-perfect job brainwashing otherwise nice, decent people such as the people in that small town. As for Republicans, I don't think the townsfolk have ever seen or known one. By contrast, I grew up in a small town and remember the "first strike" campaign trailer and loads of handouts the republicans brought in to help Eisenhower combat Stevenson, despite the fact Ike was favored.
I like your grit John, and I suspect that is how it is in so many places in America. I know good people can be brain-washed, especially if they don't have the opportunity to hear truth. Some folks with just cable, no internet for example, may never see anything but MSM these days. I've never heard one, single objection to Trump that held water. It's always about his personality, etc. etc. That's been his downfall with so many! I wonder sometimes about the great men we hear about in our history books, if they'd been making speeches, if or people knew them personally, if they would have been as loved?? We hear about the great things they did, like Churchill for instance. I don't know a lot about his personality, but he was one hell of a great man in my book! It's interesting because when you ask someone that is a Trump-supporter, even I can list his accomplishments. I literally see nothing, and can't think of one speech biden, or obama ever made that made me want to stand up cheer, because I saw them do nothing good for America. I voted for Trump in the first place not because I liked his personality so much, but my little pea-brain figured if he could do so well for himself he could do the same for America, and he did!
Wow, that would make my day too Silvia!! I unfortunately haven't heard it, yet but some of the democrats action speak louder than words
I'm curious about where you found this 'small town.' I grew up in a small town that was largely 'democratic' when I was growing up in it. Now, my brother tells me, that the county's democrats could meet in the telephone booth that is abandoned since cell phones came along. Wife and I drive through our state and others adjoining. We frequently go on country roads specifically to see what's going on. Our last journey, ending two weeks ago, showed 'Trump Pence' signs still there.
A Democrat voting for Joe Biden is a bit like Maine Republicans voting for Senator Susan Collins. Few Republicans will admit having voted for her, but yet she's still here.
I see a lot of Trump/Pence signs still up, and not in "hard to take down" places! People want them up! I also saw a BIG white truck with a nice, fancy paint job of "we the people" written on the side! That's been more of a cry from the "right" as far as I know
Yep @Ken Anderson I want to be recognized as a Constitutional American, not either "party" when I see so-called republicans doing no better than the crooks in our whitehouse.
Most people refuse to recognize they made a mistake; they thing they "" lose face" by doing so. Idiots.
Not wanting to stigmatize the place, let's just say it was in New England and leave it at that. Small, unthinking Biden bastions, as well as big ones, are not uncommon here.
Most of the time when Trump haters are asked which of his policies were so bad, they come back with what a terrible person they think he is but seldom can they come up with something he did in office (that he REALLY did, not a media hoax) that they hated. I suspect those who voted for Biden would have a similar problem coming up with something good that he has done since sneaking into the office.
I absolutely agree with this ! Biden seems to have run on the whole policy of “I’m not Trump”, and it would not have mattered who the other candidate was, people would have voted for anyone who said the mantra that they aren’t Trump. Like you mentioned, @Don Alaska , most of these people can’t say any legitimate thing that Trump did bad or Biden has done that helped this country in any way. They do not care who the president actually is, or even if he is the one who is running the country or if someone behind the scenes is doing it (since Biden is pretty incapable, and even the supporters can see that), they just voted to get Trump out.
Almost like starting with a bar joke: And Joe Biden says to the public, the economy is sooo good……”How Good Is It Joe”? It’s the reason we’re having problems with the supply chain! (we go, Ha,ha, ha, ha. ) Yeah, says Biden, It’s so good that people are out there buying so much stuff that there’s an interruption in the supply chain! (we again go, ha,ha,ha,ha tee hee roar. ) Yeah, they’re not going to restaurants and movies because of Covid so they’re buying more stuff! If it weren’t for the fact that he’s serious, he’d make a hit doing standup. I mean, as pitiful as it is ya might as well laugh because we’re stuck with him and his congress until the midterms.
