Beth although it seems I was disagreeing with you on this I wasn't really, I was saying it is not the song, but the agenda behind it and the NFL high ups who allowed it in the first place. The song is ridiculous. There is only ONE National Anthem. I've been busy catching up today so not really plain. No Chinese, India, Latino or any other race should have their own version of America National song.
Whatever happened to 'one nation, indivisible". Why is one group more deserving of recognition than others? The native Americans are the only true Americans yet today like the past our government craps on them like dogs. There is no black national anthem, only "our" national anthem
None of this is from the bottom-up. It has nothing to do with the average man (or woman) on the street, and we cannot be manipulated into making it so.
