Off topic question for Reen or any Brit on the website: What is the deal with London? I'm speaking of the giant Ferris wheel and the humongous Faberge egg as the newest London landmarks. The word frivolous comes to mind. Whose idea was it to make London look like a carnival? What's next? An enormous big top circus tent over Parliament? A high wire act in The House Of Commons? Sarcastic questions but I'd seriously like to know whose idea it all was and if there is some strange symbolism going on, as in what's to be born from the egg? What people on the ride are just going round and round?
