I'm keeping up with the Razorbacks as best I can. They won't show many games on tv until the basketball tournament is over.
The wife and I follow Nebraska Husker Baseball and catch as many games as we can on BTN network. Thought they had a shot last season, but couldn't do much in the Regionals. One thing I miss about moving to Nashville from Nebraska, is missing games at the College World Series. We do go to Vanderbilt games and our minor league team ( The Sound ) because we enjoy live baseball. Hope your team does well in the SEC.
No easy feat knocking off the top seed. You guys had some great pitching in that game. Good Luck My poor Huskers had another lack-luster season. Now I get to concentrate on football, both the Huskers and the Titans. Hoping for good things from our new coach. If he can take UCF to 13-0, maybe he can bring back some of the magic to the Huskers.
Razorbacks Punch Ticket to Omaha For the ninth time in program history and fifth time under head coach Dave Van Horn, Arkansas is headed to the College World Series after Monday’s 14-4 win over South Carolina
We have the Maine Black Bears in Orono. I went to one game but it wasn't at all like a Major League baseball game. It was more like watching a high school game where I didn't know any of the kids on the field. Maybe if I followed the games, I'd have more of an interest in it but I have too many other things to do that I know I'll like that I haven't been following them. I've been to Minor League games before, where I didn't know any of the players, and I enjoyed them. Not so much, the only college game I have been to.
And here I thought this thread was going to be about college rodeo! Now that would have REALLY caught my attention. There Finals are going on in Cheyenne, Wyoming right now. Oh well, could've only hoped that's what it would've been about.
We will defenitely watch all the games for the College World Series. Since I'm a Husker and Texas never did us right, I will be rooting for Arkansas to put a hurt on Texas. Go Hogs! I do miss going to the CWS games every year.
@Sheldon Scott This is some of the best games I've seen from the CWS in years. Number 1 Florida going down to the Razorbacks was something special. Looking forward to the finals and I'll be cheering them on
