Because of the time warp, nothing ages; not people or things. They are just the same as when they arrived here. The time warp is caused by a super magnetic field at the Earth’s core. It fluctuates from time to time. When it is most active, anything that comes too near is drawn in to the warp.

We approached the liner and sent a message that we are friendly. They messaged us to come aboard. The captain greeted us and bade us welcome. He told us what he knew about the time warp which was not much. Back in those days, they had no way of escaping it. Over time, they have formed a society of sorts. No one ever gets old, sick, feeble and dies there. It is a kind of eternal life.

We told him that we may be able to escape because of our modern technology. We told and showed the people how much the world has changed through the years. Then we asked them if they wanted to go back to our time with us. They all declined.

So, now, guys, do we want to stay and never get old and die? Or go back to our time and live our time out?

If we go back, we will have no memory of having been here. That’s why the mystery has never been solved. Those who escaped don’t remember having been here.

Lillian as a scientist I suspect you will want to explore this time warp phenomenon further. I have to tell you I am fascinated by it.. so is Mitzi. What is your view JJ?

I'd like to stay longer and explore more Richie.
What's the Ocean like here, does it have life like fish?
    Do we need to eat?
Can we film things or even hand write a log that might exist if we return?
    What do you think Lillian?

'For our own curiosity alone, in this fragment of time, let us explore this domain testing its edges, and querying its denizens, human or not.' said Jim, whilst eating a small can of Salmon with a spoon. I say 'YES' to exploring it. We must also do that in case our three lost crew members are here afterall??'
'We might get lucky and get out of this place with our knowledge of it intact, and with William, Mario and Carlos. Could we do that Lillian?'o_O

I've got a lot of pictures and clips of most of what we've seen, just for the record. It's super easy to use in this auto mode. You are all welcome to use it, but to what end, eh?

We can stay for a while but not too long. If the magnetic field wavers while we are here, we may be trapped.
It would be interesting to talk to the people here and see what it was like back in their time. I want to start with the earliest sailors.

With you JJ so when Lillian has finished interviewing some of the survivors, I say we explore this strange and mysterious alternate universe. For instance where are the other planes that vanished from as far back as 1945, the Naval Avenger squadron of five that started this lost planes in the Bermuda Triangle mystery. We may also locate Mario, Carlos and William.

While Lillian was talking to the old time sailors I asked some of the crew what the fishing was like and how they got fresh drinking water. Two bars of chocholate was enough for them to blather.

I whispered to Lillian 'Why do they all look so pale?'

Lillian kept asking them questions as Richie and I stood back equipped discreetly with handguns at the ready. Mitzi took the helm of the Lady and watched radar and comms. She even recorded some Morse Code but needed Richie to decode it later. I left Mitzi with my Shark Shot Gun. A very nasty weapon and waterproof.

Later I threw a line over the side and actually caught a big Spanish Mackerel, enough to feed us all and coldstore some of the fillets. Yet, none of us felt very hungry, even the old sailors.
    'Twisty Turkey Time?' I said.
What was really weird was the reading on the boat's Battery charge. It was on max and last I looked it was at 73%. Mitzi concurred. Diesel fuel was as expected. That needed conserving it would seem.

Checking out our gps by boat's comms, smart phones, my satellite phone, all we ever got was static. Where are we indeed? I even dialled lots of emergency numbers to no avail.
Strangly, again my satellite phone's battery was and stayed on full charge. I did manage to phone us all, Lillian, Richie, Mitzi, ...with a strong signal? It seemed all our battery devices were somehow being self charged to max....??

I talked with the Captain and crew of the Atlanta. They said that after they left Bermuda January 31, 1880, everything went smoothly for a few days. The trade winds were favorable and they made good time. Then one morning, the winds died down and they were becalmed. They sat like that for several hours before, way in the distance, they saw a shadow. It appeared to be a storm cloud. As it got nearer, they saw that it was a dense green fog. Soon it overtook the ship. They don’t know how long they were in it; time seemed to have stopped. They eventually emerged here and have been here since then. Their memories of life before have faded with time.

The devices having their batteries charged is alarming! It means that the magnetic field is becoming stronger! We have to get out of here right now!!!!!! I'll leave it to you men to figure out how to do that. But hurry!

Richie quickly took the controls of The Lady put her at full throttle and sped away from this ship's graveyard and the more dangerous magnetic field. Lillian, Mitzi and JJ looked back and were astounded by the site of a glowing white lite similar to a grouping of small litening bolts hovering above the ships. Then at least one of the marine craft vanished before their eyes.. then another and at least two more.....

I kept my movie camera rolling trying to record all we could see.
Richie kept the Lady at full throttle as we sped away from the ship graveyard.

Suddenly the sky brightened to a bright blue with seagulls squawking above us.
Mitzi called out that the boat's GPS was working again. Checking my satellite phone it was working again.
Lillian said "Thank goodness we're out."

From where I asked as I had a brain fade. Memories were evaporating with us all.

Then a yell came from our port side. Looking through his binoculars Richie said it was Mario, Carlos and William treadi g water and waving their arms at us.

Richie cruised over to the three and we pulled them on board wet and bedraggled.
William told us all of a sudden the boat had vanished under their feet and they landed in the water.
"Thank goodness you came back for us Richie. Luckily we'd only been in the water for only 5 minutes. What happened? Where did you go?" said William.

Mario said 'the Lady just vanished under our feet and we three plunged into the Ocean. 'What happened to you?'

I was as blank as my camera.
I had no idea and closed my eyes.
When I opened them Ritchie, Mitzi, Lillian were still here looking confused too. Where's the crew I thought. Looking here and there they were nowhere to be seen. We looked hard trawling and I set my camera to infrared to look for heat signatures. Its battery was 100% and there was a little static after the filming of Mama Octopi. No good but for some Dolphins squawking and squeeking I don't remember taking.

Of our lost crew' I said. 'Lost too in this weird place. What could have happened to them? I can't recall. My mind feels fuzzy. Richie, maybe we should report them lost overboard? And keep looking for them, or their bodies unless the Sharks get to them first. Your call Captain.

'Hey, who put these nice fillets of Spanish Mackeral into the freezer?

I radio contacted the Marine authorities about our lost crew but they weren't too interested. They would send out a fast boat and a rescue chopper for a few days.

We too circled and circled ever outwards but they seemed lost, hopefully to a survivable place. We may yet find them?

How's your memory of recent events Richie? My memories are like fleeting images of a dream I confess, like many anecdotes about the Triangle.
    As I said before,
all my camera recordings, just arn't there. A bit of fuzz after my clip of feeding Mama Octopi. Even my log book is blank. So sorry.

The amnesia bit was a past concern I think? I think Lillian mentioned that?

But agreed, let us carry on.
Something is afoot and there's some weather headed our way.

Richie, JJ, and I stood on the deck of the Lady and watched the first clouds scuttle by. I seemed to have had a weird dream; like Alice in Wonderland. They looked a bit confused, too. Was it all a dream or did it really happen? I felt something in my pocket and reached down into it.

The crew of the Atlanta had given us a parting gift.

But it must be our secret forever. Nobody would ever believe our story, As we stood there, the memory of our adventure faded more and more. Soon all memory of it was lost. Just like the ships and planes in the Bermuda Triangle.

We each kept our doubloons and every once in a while, took them out and wondered how we got them and why we each had an identical one.

Atlantia? I don't remember that name Lillian yet somehow it sparks a familiarity within me. Fading memories in my head.
    This place is weird.

Had this illusion of a reality been real, but beyond our ken, then these identical golden doublooms testify to that notion, to a point, but with so many naysayers we need more proof. Damn them then and their closed minds. We had a powerful experience that cannot be ignored.

I am very sad and guilty about our lost crew members: Carlos, William and Mario
They seemed to flash in and out of our dreams, memories and raw life.

I think they deserve our contined search for them. Richie has a plan to search more in this shallow Ocean environment. I agree.

As for my camera clips and pics, they don't exist anymore but for a brief fuzz. I mailed a copy of the fuzz to an IT friend to fiddle with...
Vaguer even more than our dream's and subconscious'.
I'd like to investigate that in detail. I know some experts.
Those identical dubloons, we three got, are worth about $6million as a set. Easy I feel, but I'd rather keep mine given their mystical origin.

Capt Richie wants to press on, and I totally agree. A joint desitny?

Four of us : Cpt Richie, Prof lillian, Me and Mitzi.

As the storm drew nearer, the wind rose. The waves got bigger. Soon we were in the midst of a raging tempest. The waves were washing over the deck. We all rushed below deck. “Batten down the hatches!” yelled Captain Richie. “We’ll have to ride it out.” “Head the bow into the waves and try to hold her steady!”

    Will we survive the storm?
