Just noticed "cons" + "piracy" .... Same perhaps as "big" + " " + "business" ? i.e. mutually together greed...... in secret as necessary in order to trick people into trusting .... No theory needed - big busineesses , governments, religions, all striving to get more and more and more power and money...
