What motorcycle ? ... lol ... probably every day ... it doesn't have wings either ... The bike light posts are under hobbies and crafts .... UPDATE : I was preoccupied when you asked this question .... lol, I'm calmer now ... A cruiser this size is made for touring and I've had similar bikes in this size .... 300 miles a day is not difficult at all and younger men could easily do 450 but we are talking full comfortable cruiser sizes. I cruise about 60 miles a day riding out to a few of my favorite coffee spots. I like to get lost and on those days 120 miles total both ways out and back is no big deal. I use GPS to quickly get 'unlost'

I thought I had some photos of Light The Night here. A motorcycle event where local law enforcement leads bikes, that have LED lights on them, thru the city. Only have camera video's of the event, but quite a sight to see.

When I met my wife, the only transportation I had was a 1987 Kawasaki 650cc motorcycle. Took my wife for a short ride on it a couple of times, one of those times I took her to work. Her co-workers teased her about being a "motorcycle mama". And, btw, we both wore helmets. Got rid of the bike when we moved and don't have the motorcycle endorsement anymore. Now have a boat instead.

Funny, that's what we call our boat sometimes, "Moneypit". But, fun costs.

When we lived in Colorado, south of Denver, we went to two lakes (reservoirs) fishing. The rainbow trout fishing was great there. Bought new saltwater fishing stuff here, but never used it and sold it all. Just not interested in saltwater fishing. At that time, we had a 16' 1989 Invader Bowrider with a small 4-banger engine. Have a bigger boat now. Can hardly wait to move back to Colorado and the trout fishing there.

I felt bad about selling mine, but went through a divorce in Ca. and had to ... I laugh now since back in Pittsburgh because my rubber baits and hard lures are probably as big as Pa. bass ... lol ..

Still have all freshwater equipment we used in Colorado. Didn't use rubber baits or hard lures. These rainbows would grab onto a nighcrawler pretty fast. Had three rigs out and a fishfinder going.

I used everything in the ocean ... I learned about Ca. umbrella lures and they are really remarkable ... just 10 or more 24 inch strips of clear plastic about 2 inches wide with printed shiny fish all over .... the strips turn invisible under water and your dragging an umbrella wire looking rig that keeps the ribbons flowing ..... hooks on various spots .... looks like a school of 20 or more baitfish when towing ... Stripers went wild over it and 2 or 3 stripers is quite a load when caught every once in awhile .... always good for at least one though ...

How much lighting are you going to put on your bike? Some of the touring/dressed bikes in Light The Night were pretty lit up. Even law enforcement had all of their emergency lights on while guiding the riders.
It's something today that so many women are into riding motorcycles........by themselves. The old "motorcycle mama" thing is somewhat going "bye, bye".

I've never been the driver on a motorcycle but have ridden on the backs of a few.

From what I've seen here, the ladies that ride these bikes look pretty tough and hang out with even tougher guys. I think what changed the whole thing was "I'm going to buy and ride my own Harley now. Ladies, let's get these bikes going and show these men who's really the boss."
