Since I have family in both Washington and Idaho, I have been following the Seattle/antifa takeover there, and I am really concerned that it is going to develop into something very bad. I don’t know what the answer is going to be. If we send in NG to stop antifa, innocent people are liable to get hurt, or even if not, it could lead to more riots. The Seattle mayor is calling this the “summer of love”, for heaven’s sake, while at the same time, antifa is calling for more weapons and ammunition ! That certainly does NOT sound like a summer of love to me . The latest that I have seen is that eastern Washington thinks that the western half of the state has gone crazy, and wants nothing to do with them, and has declared the eastern half the state of Liberty (tongue-in-cheek). I wish I still had some contacts with the Seattle Union Mission so I could know what the real truth is. It seems that there are three or possibly four factions at work in the Capital Hill autonomous zone or CHAZ as it has been dubbed. BLM has their agenda which is supportive of uh....black lives and equality. Antifa is pushing for Anarchy and from what I have seen thus far, is pretty much a bunch of millennial head bangers who like to hurt people and wreck things but I could be wrong. Then we have Raz Simone who kind of moved in with his gang and decided to play sheriff or as the media has named him, warlord. He’s doing whatever he wants and whilst saying that he isn’t a terrorist and wants peace, he and his gang of thugs have no boundaries who they decide to beat up. It could be a reporter, a person protesting for BLM or someone from Antifa. No one really knows what his angle is but it certainly is getting his name out there and I imagine his rap recordings are going to sell quite nicely. That said, he’s definitely keeping BLM and Antifa folks more than confused. Meanwhile, we have the mayor of Seattle who is obviously mentally back in her teen years of protesting at Capital Hill herself. Back in the good old days of smoking pot and protesting this, that and some other thing. She claims that it’s going to be a summer of love which further leads me to believe that there’s definitely more going on with her than some hemp oil bought from Amazon because her knees are sore from all the genuflecting she’s been doing. Somebody’s been giving her the good stuff!
It sure is nice to live in a small town far from any major city where nothing much ever happens. All this crap is always "over there" and let it stay there.
They interview one person who are living in that occupied area and he was in tears telling what is was like for him and when he called for police help they said listen to what you what your mayor said and your governor if you want we can point you to their comments. He was scared to death and was even afraid to leave because they might catch him. He claimed he had voted for these people even made him more upset.
They have been having all kinds of fights amongst themselves, and seem to be doing exactly the things that they claim to have been trying to get away from. They didn’t want The Wall, but the first thing that they did was build themself a protective wall. They didn’t want police, but have people just doing whatever they want to anyone else. (I saw one video where they had some poor street preacher down on the ground in a choke hold because he didn’t want to be hugged and kissed by the antifa guy) They are against racism, but have a garden with a sign that says it is for black/indigenous people only, and have ordered white people to pay restitution to black people. They say that good will is their only currency, but they want the white people to pay the restitution money in American money. Since they have declared they are not American anymore, they should be making their own form of money, right ? Truck drivers (after seeing what happened to truck and drivers in the Minneapolis riots, are refusing to deliver anything into any areas where there are protests and riots; so all of Seattle will be feeling the problem if that happens. The Bikers are headed for Seattle to rescue the people and reclaim Downtown Seattle. Now, the mayor is asking for the police to come in and protect everyone ! How ridiculous is that ?
What sucks is that they put those in Federal office who want to do this nation wide, and if we complained, idiots like that person would just feel more "Woke." If his life gets back to normal, he'll be back to supporting Stupid again.

About Seattle’s mayor. I remembered that this last Tuesday a city council person unlocked the doors of city hall which allowed the protesters to storm the building demanding the good Mayor’s resignation. Then, the news goes blank. nada. nothing when out of the blue, here we have her on the news saying that everything is love and wonderful and D. Trump is a liar to say anything different. My oldest son used to live in Seattle; I'm glad he's not there any longer. (Of course now he's in the equally leftist Portland Oregon area. )
