I did secretarial work and did a lot of typing, shorthand, using xerox machine and feeling my shoulders tighten up from all the work back then. So yes I dreamt about the old office work world. Stressed when xerox machine jammed and had to have repair person come in. Glad just a dream.
More often than any other subject, maybe not at a particular location I recognize but always a working status. Probably because we all spent more time working that any other exercise through out our lives. After all dreams are fragmented memory cells just grabbed helter skelter that makes up a dream. Maybe this is why we all have such different dreams that make no sense at all.
Once in awhile I have a dream about working somewhere in a hospital, back in what I presume is the O.R. again. It's usually rather fuzzy, so easily forgotten.
I just told a very busy nurse last night how much she is appreciated, and she is one of my hero's along with all medical staff, the pandemic really did a number on these people, but they hung in there. Thank you too Lois for being a care person.
I do lots of nights, and then sometimes I awake, really tired from all the work. True story, I really do. Most of the time, I even recognise where the place was.
Numerous times I had this dream. Always bad. I am unprepared confused lost. A nightmare. My jobs were not really bad yet stressful to me
Yes, I have this occasional dream in which I am at a bank and accidently locked in the vault, because this did actually happen long ago, it is sort of an uncomfortable dream and because I am anxiety ridden when in enclosed spaces.
I retire 11 years ago and still dream I am working somewhere I have never experienced. It is fitting because in my work I visited many different companies. My dreams are in three catagories.1. Work. 2. Being somewhere and not sure how to find my way back home. 3. There is a woman I see and think I would love to get to know her but I never really meet and speak with her.
