It's really not Donald Trump that's caused the young people that are losing their minds, it's the brainwashing with lies of the liberals. I can't imagine being a teen or even 20s during this time. Kids being taught horrific things, and mostly being bombarded with fear-mongering that adults should see the damage they're causing. But no, it's easier for them to place the blame on others. I think we won more because the Left was so very wrong, and most of America recognized it, and could no longer stand for it. Praise God the Light came on for them
But it's a pretty rare event when FEMA sets foot in Michigan. I remember when we got 5 feet of snow in two days here and it was like "Welp. Good luck with that." I don't think they stage for that sort of event here anyway. Too unpredictable but even then there is no weather event on the horizon as such prediction goes anyway. So I was wondering if they were expecting something to go down in Detroit? This staging area is up the Interstate from that part of the State in a relatively rural area with a thin population outside the Summer months. 350 semi trailers is a lot of equipment.
What we've seen here in the U.S., is how important our right to vote is. How BIG money is not the winner, but ordinary, hard-working, people willing to listen, and able to distinguish Truth from lies. I feel so relieved, that we still have a United, free country. There will always be differences and battles to fight with those that don't respect our laws and constitution. We can't leave it all up to others to do the fighting, no matter what age we are. It's the challenges we have that make us stronger, not the lack thereof. I'd call what's happened to the U.S., particularly in the last, four years, a "near death experience", and we best make sure History tells the Truth, for future generations of Americans.
On Congress, I'm wondering this a.m. about how many of the democrats might not be so willing to just vote with the Left on every issue. I don't know but maybe someone here can tell me, if the dems have any DINOs? I mean look how many dems voted with Trump.
This is still happening, and I found a map of the 6 counties, which I can’t post here now, but they run in a line from Detroit to Grand Rapids basically. There are apparently underground facilities at this base, from what I am reading about this. People are still speculating about why this FEMA base is being set up, and where else this might be happening . Does it have anything to do with the cam’ they are still enlarging in North Carolina , or is it maybe for housing illegals ? I also read that they have emptied out a prison in that area, so they might be using that for part of whatever the camp is for.
I think the Left is not any, less desperate now, than before the election. I again, don't put anything past them, and now their "income" is truly on the line. All of FEMA cannot be just the Left, so another thing needs fixin. I think we are going to see a lot more attempts to ruin our plans to bring back our laws and constitution, and take away a regime that wanted control over the people, instead of a government for the people and by the people.
I'm not sure how most people viewed "Democrat" as "the left" in prior decades. I always saw it as more "working class" and to a good extent "the poor" and post-LBJ almost "anti-war." I my mind the "DINOs" were those who voted Reagan and then Clinton (basically the same thing: pro-rich, pro-war). No to upset anyone, but I despised Reagan and the Bushes and always saw Clinton as DINOs. I'm not sure "left/right" has been meaningful for a long time if ever. Things are more granular than that, and those "granules" have been moving between Party allegiances again over the last 25 years. The Identity Politics granule has been with the Dems for a while now, with strong links to the Megalopolist granule.
Yes, people around the world are congratulating us: Katie Hopkins: Three reasons the TRUMP win matters to Britain ….. and a PS
I'm talking about today though, as I really didn't know the differences between the parties until Obama got into office, I didn't start following politics before that, way more now. I have heard from RFK, who I consider a reliable source, that the dem party has changed a lot. Maybe the Rep. party has as well. I do simplify by calling them the left and the right. Maybe I shouldn't. I was told by my mom that to always say I'm a democrat, this was when I was in grade school because I asked about it. The way I understood it back then, or didn't understand it, was that we were the poor half and Reps were the rich half. That's sure not true now, or at least many of us are not rich at all, I'm low-income in fact, but still believe whatever is good for my country, is good for me. Just adding a little background on me
Jacob, she is wonderful, thank you so much for "introducing" me to Katie Hopkins!! She just says it so well!!
I think a big part of our problem probably is lack of a better vocabulary for describing what we mean. Is that intentional through media manipulation? Maybe. The only real risk is that the labels have strong connotations and your audience might not get your meaning. If you say your views lean right, some people will extrapolate that to the biggest bogeyman imaginable. And the same for the word left. I think there are people left-of-center with good intentions and able to discuss issues in a civil manner. The extremists on both sides with all of their loud noise can make it too hard to hear each other though. Trump tried to voice this ("good people on both sides") and look how he was rewarded for it!
Well, I am always trying to improve on how I speak to others, but on the other side of that coin is, I'm not going to walk on egg-shells to keep anyone "happy". Happiness is an inside job, but I do appreciate your input since I can glean something from it
I wasn't attempting to "correct" you, just over-reacting to my discomfort with a single political axis.
Think this is a good anaslysis by TYT who in the past I have thought of as morons. PS I love are Katie
