You get to pay $2000 in taxes to cover the $10-20thousand that kids get repaid for not paying their loans. And the money goes to the top 70%.

Most people aren't probably aware of this, which is why they still think their vote matters.

I watched the whole video and if there is any truth to it which I'm sure there is the fact is we will never really know who rules over us and the world and we can all be convinced if it is for a " good" cause we may all be capable of evil, since I think if we're not the fallen angels spoken of in Genesis then we are something akin to them.

It's a rich man's trick rather than game.

If he were playing the game, he wouldn't have been faced with such frantic opposition, and the players wouldn't be terrified of his getting back into office. Oh, to be sure, he may be playing a game, but not on the same side that Republicans and Democrats alike have been on for the past several decades, or longer.

As I said, I voted for him and will do so again, if he runs. We have to remember that he and his whole family were democrats before he ran for president. Which that's ok long as he doesn't listen to them anymore. I don't like any of his first, the two sons for their killing of elephants and lions in Africa. Ivanka going down to border with Malania crying croc tears for the children while Trump was trying g to get a wall.
I don't see any one-person saving this nation, it will take an honest voting system to do that. One with no outside influence.

Trump is not a conservative, although he's become more so. He's more of a pragmatist but, most importantly, he's playing a different game and I'd rather gamble with that than continue along the route we're on. To the topic, it is impossible for a regular American to become president. It takes money and connections, and these tend to go hand in hand.

I can relate to this. I think Trump is patriotic more so than liberal. I feel he is more patriotic than Desantis. I don't see Desantis being that much of a nationalist like Trump. I don't see how anyone can call themselves a patriot without being nationalist, because to me it just means you care for all others, but your nation comes first and no borders, no nation, period.

And poor nations are not much better, their leaders sell out their people to the rich nations. Sometimes literally sell their people.
Greed is better than poverty, most of the world could not sit here online and post on widescreen or drive a car, shop in the best stores, etc, etc, etc.
I;m glad our culture was and is a culture of prosperity.
But I also hate war but that has always been going on and long as man is alive always will. The whole planet is warring species. Including animals.

I hear what you are saying and how it looks from DeSantis, and you may be right as well. I just wonder if it might be a case of clean up, and care for your State first?? I already know he's not perfect but if he can manage his State maybe he will run for President one day. I don't see many that are that good at being an American law abiding, constitutional Governor. Just my thought this a.m.

edit: also, I see governers like "New'since" in CA that are busy planning for WA instead of straitening out their own State issues.

I like most of Desantis accomplishments and hope he has a reason, but it did upset me about the water thing.
It is so hard to trust any of them now. But Trump and Desantis are mt two favorites. Even if I don't always agree with them.
