I don't lease.......I own the apt. and yes, they said "no pets"...........the fact is seven neighbors have cats and the second fact is the board sent a memo stating "we understand that under the present circumstances (pandemic) and the increase in cases of depression some owners would like to adopt a pet. Needless to say, I took advantage of the memo and adopted Lucas Oliver.....I wanted to adopt for years.
