I use a throw on my side of the bed for extra cover. My husband gets too hot so the throw is just big enough to add extra cover for "my side."

Bill, I have a fleece blanket on my bed. It's so light that you can't even feel it but it is amazingly warm. I keep my thermostat at 70º but it feels cooler than that at night. I bought mine at Ollie's for about $10.00 but I'm sure you can get them almost everywhere. I have a comforter but that's too much cover for me. It stays in the closet.

Turned the heat up a couple of notches last night. That seemed to work ok.

The 6666 Ranch in Guthrie, Texas and two divisions up in the Texas Panhandle are up for sale. It is one of the largest ranch properties in Texas. Anne Marion sole owner since 1980, died this year and depicted in her will
the ranch be sold upon her death. Anne is the granddaughter of Burt Burnet. This won’t mean anything to most
but the 6666 has been part of the landscape on my radar since childhood. They raise black angus cattle and
quarter horses. The total package is something over 312 million dollars. I can’t imagine who would want the ranch.
Maybe the Chinese. After all, they bought one of the largest ham operations in the country. It is just a piece of
    news that caught my attention

    Is that a rhetorical question? ( I'll answer it anyway. ;) )

The only place I've ever been in that great state is Thomasville.
Back when I was working and in my hayday, we had a dealer
    there.

Wondering when Germany will quit fiddlefarting around with other members
of the European Union and take charge and quit playing second fiddle to the
    U. S. They need to realize their destiny.

I got lost once in the middle of the top of a tree that fell down, while I was trying to cut it up. :D

What was the funniest time you ever got lost?

I don't remember a time I got lost and it was funny. Being lost was always a little scary to me. I have been lost a number of times but was always apprehensive
or downright scared. I was lost in a big box store a time or two. It was Academy. I couldn't find the front of the store to get out. Then for years I have dreamed I
was lost and couldn't find my way home or even an area I was familiar with. I don't know why it was always so frightening to me to be lost.
